Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material logistics
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm/7am-5pm)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
