Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (paid by us)
