Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, shovels, saws, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No construction experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment physical fitness assessment
