Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site cleanup
- Follow blueprints and instructions to perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Maintain tool inventory and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
