Responsibilities

- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition tasks as assigned
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida heat/humidity
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
