Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with various on-site activities.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
