Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist in site preparation, demolition, and finishing work
- Participate in daily safety briefings and quality control checks
Qualifications
