Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks using heavy machinery
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools safely
- Install temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions with lifting up to 75 lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Experience with power tools or heavy machinery preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance for tardiness
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments
