Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Adhere to Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency plumbing calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Virginia Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
