Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with project preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Complete daily task reports and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience or equivalent physical work background
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
