Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision for cutting, measuring, and assembly
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing operations as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards on active construction sites
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, or light machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
