Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, hammers, saws) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to project milestones
- Complete training modules for equipment operation and safety certifications
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
