Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and layout tasks under supervision.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic reading and math skills are preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
