Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (compactors, jackhammers, power tools) under supervision
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finish work

- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and conduct daily equipment inspections

Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
