Responsibilities
- Assist senior tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support various construction phases including framing, finishing, and demolition
- Adhere to project schedules and team instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and variable weather
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to safety guidelines
