Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and demolition equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal following environmental guidelines
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, saws) preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Must provide own basic safety gear (steel-toed boots, gloves)
