Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform night-specific duties like traffic control and site security
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Austin metro
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Willingness to work 6 PM - 6 AM schedule with rotating weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we provide)
