Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor in various weather conditions
- Participate in scaffold assembly, concrete pouring, and framing operations
- Report equipment issues and maintain tool cleanliness/functionality
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work 40+ hours/week including overtime and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida's climate conditions
- No felony convictions (per industry requirements)
