Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site storage
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and moving debris
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
