Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and PPE usage
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unuck materials and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
