Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground as directed.
- Trade Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers with daily tasks and setups.
- Tool Operation: Operate and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment safely.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Assist in daily inventory checks and reporting on work progress.
- Weather Adaptability: Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over prior history; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand/work on feet for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dedicated, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
- Tools: Own basic work boots and safety gear is a strong plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred for site mobility.
