Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and power equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Transport debris and waste to designated disposal areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments
- Basic communication skills in English
- Pass background check and drug screening
