Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tools and materials as directed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) after training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic communication skills in English
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
