Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install/assemble structural components per blueprints
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with supervisors and tradespeople
- Maintain equipment and clean job sites daily
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with concrete, rebar, and framing
- Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
