Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with rapid diagnostic and resolution capabilities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and local building codes while performing installations and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system optimization for high-value clients
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and time management
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials while ensuring proper equipment maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience with residential and commercial systems
- Valid Colorado state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions during emergencies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe, fixture, and water heater issues
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
