- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently

- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light machinery under guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project
