- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and equipment setup
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to maintain project standards
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent physical work background
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance for tardiness
- Basic math skills for material calculations and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
