Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport tools safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and interpret project instructions
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US
