Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under low-light conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with OSHA certification
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and utility installation in compliance with blueprints
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean, organized work zones during night operations
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams to maintain 24-hour project momentum
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience with night shift references
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean MVR
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with concrete finishing, steel erection, and MEP coordination
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
