Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with equipment operation under supervision (e.g., forklift, jackhammer)
- Maintain accurate daily logs of work completed and materials used
Qualifications
