Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and masonry.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure the work area is tidy and organized.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when required.
- Support excavation, concrete pouring, and general site preparation activities.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
