Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport tools to designated areas
- Assist carpenters and masons with tasks like mixing concrete and erecting scaffolding
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
