Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and company protocols
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in emergency scenarios
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
