Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Safely load/unload materials and equipment using hand tools and basic machinery
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and digging
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor/indoor environments
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Orlando metro area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic understanding of English for safety compliance
