Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding and safety barriers
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project milestones
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
