Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, masonry, and framing workMaintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Construction experience preferred but not required
