Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervisionMaintain organized storage areas and inventory control
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and site finishing
- Complete daily task reports and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Charlotte metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
