Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit with ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Willingness to undergo and pass background/drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
