Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely under supervision
- Assist carpenters and masons with material installation and framing
- Maintain organized job sites through debris removal and equipment management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and perform extended standing/walking
- Basic hand/power tool competency or willingness to learn
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions with appropriate PPE
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work early morning/weekend shifts as needed
