Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Maintain accurate logs of materials used and time worked.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
