Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
- Operate hand/power tools safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Team player with clear communication skills
