Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and unload construction materials safely
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist carpenters and masons with foundational tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily site inspections and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility for 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm)
- 1+ years construction experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical exam
