Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor as required
- Assist in equipment setup/teardown and basic machinery operation
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, noise)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
