Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and basic power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal after daily operations
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
