Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and unload construction materials using heavy machinery and manual tools
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Erect scaffolding and temporary structures safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Perform night-specific tasks like concrete pours and material staging
- Complete daily progress reports for foreman review
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No experience required – training provided!
