Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Maintain safety compliance at all job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing teams
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
