Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute complex tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of tasks and project continuity.
- Document all work performed and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (industrial/warehouse settings).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
