Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators) with precision
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
