Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety standards and project guidelines
- Assist in blueprint reading and layout tasks
- Participate in team installations and repairs
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level positions available
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
