Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and safety compliance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support concrete work, framing, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task completion
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
